Submission Requirements

For Stage 1

The submission files must be answered in the following criteria to be considered for inclusion in the Event:

1. Full Name of the Student

2. Background of the Student

3. Proposed Topic Name & Explanation of the topic in Detail

4 . Why is this topic relevant to the students?

5. Can this topic be represented in the AR/VR, if so how?

6. Which is the difficult part of the topic that needed to be visualized?

7. Name of the Faculty Mentor

8. Does the faculty mentor think it is a genuine problem?

9. Why does he think the Idea should be included?

10. What problem does he or she face while explaining this idea to students?

11. Contact email of the Faculty Mentor

12. A detailed visual Drawing of your idea

13. A self declaring statement stating that the work in wholly created by the Participant (and/or your team).

For Stage 2

A Clear & Crisp 2-3 minute Video of the Idea you have submitted in stage 1 Explaining the need for the idea and why this idea needs to be included in the Augmented Reality Platform for better Engagement in a convincing manner.

(Once the Candidates get shortlisted in the First Round, the Edu-Tribe team will reach out to the shortlisted candidates and help and guide them in making the Video.)

Criteria for Judgment

Each idea will be judged by an expert panel of Edu-tech Entrepreneurs and AR/VR experts. Judges will evaluate each idea based upon the Judging Criteria detailed below to determine whether it qualifies for a reward.

For Stage 1

(20 points)

1. Innovativeness

( 4 out of 20 )

How innovative / creative / unique is the idea? Was there a novel approach applied to solve the problem?

2. Technically Accurate

( 5 out of 20 )

How technically sophisticated/advanced/accurate was the solution?
The pain-point or issue being addressed by the idea is described clearly and the effectiveness

3. Impact

( 4 out of 20 )

How impactful is the idea? Can it impact the learning of many students in a significant way?

4. How well explained it is?

( 3 out of 20 )

Is the Idea well explained visually (Through Drawing)through the graphics?

5. Mentor’s Recommendation

( 4 out of 20 )

A clear explanation of the Faculty mentor about why he/she thinks that this is a real issue?

For Stage 2

(10 points)

How Well the student is able to communicate ideas to your peers within 2-3 minutes through a Video
